AMOG's Andrew Kilner and Dan Washington will be presenting at the forthcoming API-SC2 and FEAT Committee meetings in June 2016.

The AMOG Consulting Emeritus Professor Paul Grundy Memorial PhD Scholarship in Engineering provides financial support in addition to a University funded scholarship stipend to enable outstanding graduate scholars to pursue a full-time PhD program of research in the faculty of Engineering at Monash University.

On the morning of the 26th April 2016, the Australian Government publicly announced that, subject to further discussions on commercial matters, DCNS was selected as the preferred international partner for the design of the 12 Future Submarines.

The Turnbull Government stated that, "The next generation of submarines for Australia will be constructed at the Adelaide shipyard, securing thousands of jobs and ensuring the project will play a key part in the transition of [Australia's] economy." 1
