Mr. Ben Clark is the CEO of AMOG Holdings Pty Ltd and Managing Director of AMOG Pty Ltd. Mr. Clark has been a member of the AMOG Group since 2006, including fulfilling the role of CEO of Mooring System Solutions and the previous General Manager of AMOG Pty Ltd. Prior to joining AMOG, Mr. Clark served as a specialist Frigate and Deep Draught Navigator and Principal Warfare Officer in the Royal Australian Navy from 1992 to 2006. In this time he was also the Deputy Port Manager at Fleet Base West, and an instructor at the Royal Australian Navy’s School of Navigation.

Dr. Paul Sincock is Technical Director of AMOG Consulting, joining the AMOG Board in 1995 as an Associate Director and appointed a Director in 1999. As Technical Director, Dr. Sincock has a strong focus in naval architecture/hydrodynamics, and the failure investigation/expert witness activities of AMOG. Prior to joining AMOG he worked for MSL, a specialist offshore consultancy and for Bomei, another specialist offshore consultancy firm. Dr. Sincock was also a fellow at University College London, where he was involved in joint industry studies on the hydrodynamics of floating offshore structures. He has over 25 years experience in naval architecture, hydrodynamics and structural/mechanical engineering, experience gained from consulting on projects in Australia and SE Asia, the North Sea, US West Coast and the Gulf of Mexico, for a wide range of clients.

Mr. Chris Carra joined the AMOG Board as an Associate Director in 2002, was appointed a Director in 2005 and served as Chairman of AMOG Consulting Inc from 2012 to 2018. Before joining AMOG, he held senior positions at BHP Billiton in the Petroleum Division in both the project engineering and strategic planning areas where he gained wide exposure to the international oil industry. In particular, he has made major contributions to the conceptual design of BHPB's floating production systems, and was involved in major projects such as Challis, Skua, Griffin, Dai Hung, Neptune and Buffalo.

Mr. Carra has over 20 years of offshore experience and recently undertook management roles at AMOG for conceptual FEED and detail design of riser and mooring systems, where he has been involved in Maari, Woollybutt, Pyrenees, Stybarrow, Basker Manta, Crux, IGB2, Montara, Audacious, Angostura, Port Cabrillo and Mutineer/Exeter as well as several other FPSO projects.

Mr. Dan Washington is Director of International Operations for AMOG Holdings Pty Ltd and has responsibility for AMOG's Houston, Colombia, UK and KL offices and for development of AMOG business throughout the Gulf of Mexico, West Africa and Europe. Mr. Washington joined AMOG in 2002, after serving 9 years as a Weapons Electrical Engineer Officer in the Royal Australian Navy. He was made General Manager of AMOG Consulting in 2007 before being appointed Managing Director in 2012.

Mr. Washington has wide consulting experience in Safety Engineering and Management as well as extensive experience in the conduct of military system safety programs, particularly for naval projects, gained from a multitude of projects, including those associated with ordnance and submarine safety systems.

Dr. Bill Schofield AM worked in the Department of Defence [DSTO] for 37 years rising to the position of Director of the Aeronautical and Maritime Research Laboratories with the remit to supply all science and technology services to the Navy and the Air force. The laboratory consisted of 1000 scientists and engineers divided into 6 divisions. Before that he held the position of First Assistant Secretary Science Policy of the Defence Department in Canberra where he was responsible in negotiating all S&T outcomes with the ADF and the Defence Materiel Organisation. During this time he had considerable exposure to the political process in Canberra. Since retiring from the department he has worked for 16 defence related companies and has conducted 10 reviews for various arms of government and industry. The most important of these reviews was the Kinnaird Review of defence procurement practices in the Australian Defence Department, of which Dr Schofield was a co-author. Dr. Scofield was recently engaged by DSTO to contribute to the work being done for the new Defence White Paper.

Dr. Stephen Gumley joined the Board of AMOG Holdings Pty Ltd in March 2015.

Previously, he had been appointed the inaugural CEO of the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) with the Australian Defence Force, where he guided the organisation in its transition to an Australian Government Prescribed Agency on 1 July 2005. Prior to this, Dr. Gumley held a number of senior management roles. He was the CEO of the Australian Submarine Corporation, CEO of aviation software supplier, The Preston Group, and CEO of the entrepreneurial Global Lighting Technologies. In 2006, Dr. Gumley was named by The Institution of Engineers Australia as one of the 100 Most Influential Engineers in Australia.

In 2010, Dr. Gumley was made an Officer of the Order of Australia for "service to public sector management, particularly through thoughts leadership of the Defence Materiel Organisation, and the development and implementation of significant reforms in procurement and sustainment of military equipment."

Rear Admiral Marshall joined the board of AMOG Pty Ltd in 2017, having provided strategic advice, as well as Defence industry engagement, to the AMOG business in the prior period. An experienced senior executive and engineer, his distinguished career in the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) has included deployments to the Middle East, and senior level postings including serving as the Director Naval Certification, Safety and Acceptance, as the Patrol Boat Force Element Group Commander, and the position of Chief Naval Engineer. Upon his retirement from the RAN, RADM Marshall was appointed by the Chief of Navy as an independent Technical Member of the Defence Seaworthiness Board; balancing his technical skills with his extensive experience in planning and policy formulation, and his successful leadership of large and diverse multi-disciplinary workforces delivering major CAPEX projects. An inspiring and committed leader, RADM Marshall was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2009.
